An extensive CNC lathe fleet allows us to turn a variety of elements up to a diameter of 500 mm and a length of 700 mm. We have machines with driven tools and the Y-axis milling function, being able to make accurate workpieces with complex geometry, with reduced processing time.

Electrical discharge cutters
Wire Electrical Discharge Machining
Our machine fleet is equipped with a WEDM cutter. Electrical discharge cutting is used to cut shapes that are impossible to obtain by conventional material removal methods (milling) while maintaining high dimensional accuracy and very good parameters of the processed surface. Electrical discharge cutting is a technology that can be used with all electrically conductive materials, regardless of hardness. Our WEDM cutter allows us to handle large workpieces up to 1500 kg.

AccuteX AH-55CA hole punch
Our erosion drill (punching machine) enables us to make small-diameter deep holes in materials difficult to process (heat-treated steels, sintered carbides). Our offer includes holes with a diameter of 0.1 mm to 6.3 mm in elements with a mass up to 1000 kg.

Fronius 400i Plus/CMT welding current generator
The robotic welding station allows us to carry out large production runs with short lead times and high quality weld joints. Equipped with two numerically controlled dividing heads, the station is suitable for continuous robot operation without downtime caused by tool arming with new workpieces to be welded.
The Fronius 400i welding generator features the unique patented CMT technology. With its use, it is possible to reduce the amount of welding spatter to a minimum. One thing that is unique in the CMT method is the welding wire feeding; the wire is not only fed forward during the welding process, but also withdrawn. Using the technology, it is possible to weld very thin materials, including non-ferrous metals, e.g. aluminium.
The CMT method is suitable for more precise control of arc parameters than conventional MIG/MAG methods. CMT has gained considerable popularity in many industries, such as automotive.
